Job Title: Regional Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tap into regional business opportunities by identifying growth potential and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Oversee the execution of footfall generation plans, monitor their effectiveness, and ensure that quality standards are met.
  • Contribute to store business planning to align with regional goals and objectives.

Competitive Landscape & Business Growth:

  • Compile and analyze market data, including sales, offers, and merchandise, to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Identify potential threats and opportunities in the market, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Generate leads for new store openings and business prospects, supporting the Regional Manager in driving growth.

Franchisee Support & Merchandise Management:

  • Act as a key relationship manager with franchisees, ensuring operational compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Encourage franchisee investment and support operational aspects of the franchise network, driving growth and profitability.

Store Operations & Compliance:

  • Monitor and ensure timely store openings, overseeing daily operations to maintain high standards.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for new stores, adhering to store opening checklists and ensuring seamless transitions.

Consumer Insights & Relationship Building:

  • Collect and maintain consumer information, ensuring compliance with registration rates and guidelines.
  • Analyze consumer demographics across stores to inform tailored business strategies and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain rapport with top customers at each store, fostering loyalty and driving revenue.

Team Management & Development:

  • Hire Store Managers under the guidance of the Regional Manager, supporting their development and success.
  • Conduct quarterly appraisals and performance reviews, motivating and engaging store teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Set weekly sales targets aligned with market trends and business expectations, monitoring spend budgets and expenditure limits.
  • Facilitate training programs to improve skills of Customer Care Associates and Store Managers, ensuring adherence to the training calendar.
