Job Description

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating content, managing social media accounts, optimizing social media posts, and engaging with the audience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

They will also monitor social media metrics and provide reports on performance, trends, and insights to guide future strategies.

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, video, stories)
  • Briefing, reviewing, and approving assets with the audio, video, design, and post-production teams
  • Provide instructions to our design and audio team on adapting content to suit different social media channels
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong, positive presence in online communities
  • Monitor sentiment, gather feedback, and report on trends
  • Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.) and provide regular performance reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident in making strategic decisions/ providing guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong copywriting skills is a must)
  • Have an excellent eye for design and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and can communicate effectively to work within tight timelines
