Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and fosters meaningful connections with our audience.

Your primary focus will be on creating and curating high-quality content that showcases our brand's personality, values, and mission. This includes crafting compelling copy, designing eye-catching visuals, and producing engaging video content that resonates with our target audience.

In addition to content creation, you will also be responsible for managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. This includes monitoring our online reputation, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and analyzing engagement metrics to inform future content strategies.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure a unified brand message and optimal campaign execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-7 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing
  • Proven track record of scaling social media channels successfully
  • Ability to ideate, script, and produce engaging social media content, including video
  • Experience in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and influencer agencies
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and ability to develop effective campaigns
