Software Engineer in Test Role

We are looking for a seasoned offshore software professional to fill the position of Technical Software Specialist. This key role involves developing, maintaining and executing automated tests to ensure high quality software across Web and API layers.

  • Collaborate with our QA team to design and implement scalable automation frameworks using C#, Selenium and other relevant technologies.
  • Contribute to building robust test automation capabilities that support agile software development methodologies.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with test automation, understands software development lifecycle, and possesses excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • C# programming language proficiency
  • Selenium automation framework expertise
  • NUnit, xUnit or MSTest testing frameworks knowledge
  • API testing using RestSharp, Postman or HttpClient
  • SQL Server and database management
  • CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Version control systems like Git
  • Test reporting tools like ExtentReports, Allure
  • BDD frameworks like SpecFlow (a plus)

We value expertise in Automation, Object-Oriented Programming and automation design patterns. Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and validating data against UI/API results is also desirable.

Please note that this position requires 5+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in Test.
