Job Description:

  • The primary author of business and functional requirements will drive our product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and ensure successful iteration management by translating business needs into comprehensive functional specifications.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users, overseeing the implementation and iteration of product requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments.
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in iteration management and working with product teams.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in AI-driven platforms or enterprise application development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
