Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to facilitate the enrollment process for our programs. As a key member of our team, you will engage with assigned leads, qualify them, and build rapport through effective communication.


Responsibilities & Duties
  • Engage with assigned leads and initiate contact through a dialer system.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their interest, needs, and eligibility for our programs.
  • Build credibility and establish trust with leads through active listening.
  • Schedule video sessions with admission teams for qualified leads.
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth communication between leads and admission teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in a CRM system.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in edtech sales or a related field.
  • At least 1 year spent in a single company.
  • Graduation required.
  • Previous experience working a 6-day work week.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets in the existing company.


Skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to listen effectively and build trust with potential learners.
  • Ability to persuade learners towards attending video sessions.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management.
