Job Title: Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Manager to lead the success of our key accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer success plans, driving customer adoption and retention, and ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for technical questions and escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
- Help customers develop success plans outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
- Measure customers' achievement of these key performance indicators and report those both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role with a proven track record of success.
- Technical experience in cybersecurity field with good analytical and project management skills.
- Proactive approach to problem solving with ability to make independent decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced environment.
