About This Role

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our service processes at channel partners. You will be responsible for analysing technical complaints of vehicles in the field, rectifying defects, and maintaining internet-based warranty systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Analyse technical complaints of vehicles in the field to identify areas for improvement.
  • Rectify defects in vehicles and overhaul aggregates to maintain optimal performance.
  • Maintain and handle internet-based warranty systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement effective service processes at channel partners to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop secondary channels to expand our customer base and increase revenue streams.
  • Provide feedback on company products and competitors' offerings to inform business strategy.
  • Train service managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work with channel partners to provide special service support for strategic customers.
  • Ensure execution of spare parts orders by all channel partners to maintain sufficient inventory levels.
  • Establish a secondary network for spare parts sales to increase revenue.
  • Guide channel partners on manpower, facilities, and equipment optimisation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor profitability of workshops owned by channel partners and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Manage service guarantee programs at dealerships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Visit ASCs monthly to monitor performance and work with ASC coordinators to address any issues.
  • Organise regular service camps to promote our brand and services.
  • Visit customers monthly to update M Response data and ensure customer satisfaction.
