About us: We are a leading company providing live on-air air graphics to the sports and news channels in the television and broadcast industry.

Job Role:

The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day business of the operations department while balancing responsibilities across various business lines, including business analysis, vendor management, risk management, and project planning with the Project Team.

In this role, you will ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget, managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. You will coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to achieve successful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing end-to-end project plans with the Operations Team
  • Familiarity with Agile Frameworks
  • Oversight of project planning, long-term planning, and project status reporting
  • Collaboration with sales teams for kit calendars and project planning
  • Maintenance of professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors
  • Observation of systems, processes, and infrastructure across departments, suggesting opportunities for improvement or revision
  • Collaboration with back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution
