  • As a Visual Designer, you will create visuals that are clear, intentional, and rooted in strong design principles.
  • Develop brand guidelines across all outputs.
  • Design motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Build templates and scalable assets that other teams can use independently.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and collateral.
  • Work with UX/UI designers on visual elements and screens.

Key responsibilities include shaping the final output with the audience, context, and business goal in mind.

Qualifications and skills include:

  • A solid grasp of the design process and visual fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience working in Figma and Illustrator, and knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • A portfolio showing range across brands, products, and motion is beneficial.
  • The ability to turn loose briefs or abstract ideas into something clear and usable.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX is advantageous but not essential.

Nice-to-have skills include experience working with fast-moving teams, comfort with tight timelines, and interest in visual storytelling and AI-driven creativity.
