Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative visual content creator with strong expertise in graphic design to conceptualize, design, and execute impactful multimedia outputs across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for marketing campaigns, social media, eLearning modules, and corporate communication.

Additionally, the successful candidate will design static creatives for digital and print media, including brochures, posters, infographics, banners, and social media posts.

Collaboration with marketing, design, and content teams is crucial to translate concepts into compelling multimedia outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various applications.
  • Design static creatives for digital and print media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into engaging multimedia outputs.
  • Edit and enhance video content with sound, transitions, and motion effects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Research and apply the latest trends in motion graphics, animation styles, and visual storytelling.
  • Maintain an organized workflow, including project archiving and file management.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Motion Graphic Designer / Multimedia Designer.

Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Portfolio showcasing both motion and static design work.
Preferred Skills

The following skills are desirable but not essential:

  • Experience with 3D animation tools.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with sound editing and basic audio design.
  • Creative storytelling and script visualization ability.
