Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging visual assets that align with client briefs and brand guidelines.

The successful candidate will have excellent design skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver innovative content.

  • Designing static and digital creatives for social media, campaigns, print materials, and other client requirements
  • Managing multiple design assignments and collaborating with internal teams
  • Staying up-to-date with design trends and tools to continually deliver high-quality content

Growth Opportunities

  1. Deliver quality work on assigned brand creatives, gain proficiency in agency processes, and build strong working relationships with the team
  2. Take on a broader range of design assignments, offer ideas to enhance visual output, and participate actively in team brainstorming
  3. Demonstrate reliability across multiple campaigns and platforms, begin mentoring newer team members on design tools and agency practices
  4. Progress to handling major campaigns, contribute to agency design standards, and support the Design Head with training, reviews, or special projects

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
