We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts in the pharmaceutical sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and engage with healthcare professionals.
About YouYou will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with an MBA from a top-tier college being a plus. Your professional experience should range from 6 to 8 years, with a background in Growth Management, Product Marketing, or B2C Marketing.
Key Responsibilities- B2B Lead Generation & Nurturing: Reach out to pharmaceutical companies, leveraging online and offline campaigns such as digital marketing, social media, and on-ground activations.
- Sales Operations: Analyze sales data, provide valuable feedback to refine product offerings, pricing, and messaging. Manage the CRM tool (Zoho) to track leads, derive actionable insights, and optimize sales processes.
- Product Marketing: Develop a comprehensive understanding of all products, including their pricing, benefits to clients, and value to healthcare professionals. Create marketing strategies for each product, collaborating with the sales team to ensure effective communication.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field + MBA from tier 1 college preferred.
- Experience: 6 - 8 years of experience in Growth Manager, Marketing Professional (Product marketing / B2C Marketing), Category Manager is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent Excel and presentation skills, demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tools: Experience with customer engagement tools like WebEngage, Gupshup, Zoho is a plus.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary in the range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience.
