We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and execute our client's social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing dynamic content schedules, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of social media trends to drive engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Publishing Calendar Management:

Develop and manage a detailed publishing calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting across all platforms.

Coordinate with the content team to align posts with campaigns, promotions, and events.

Content Calendar Creation:

Plan and maintain a content calendar that integrates themes, goals, and key messaging for each platform.

Collaborate with graphic designers, writers, and videographers to ensure content quality and relevance.

Monthly Analytics Reporting:

Prepare and deliver detailed monthly reports analyzing the performance of social media campaigns and content.

Use insights to optimize future strategies and ensure ROI on social media investments.

Creative Review & Approval Process:

Establish and manage a streamlined document/process for reviewing and approving creative assets.

Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s guidelines and objectives before publishing.

Trend Tracking:

Maintain an ongoing trend sheet to identify and capitalize on emerging social media trends and opportunities.

Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Hashtag Strategy Development:

Create and regularly update a dedicated hashtag sheet tailored for each campaign and platform.

Research trending and niche-specific hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing or related roles.
  • Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
