About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Cosmetic Product Developer Lead to drive innovation from concept to commercialization. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products align with company strategy and meet market demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product ideation processes, conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends.
  • Collaborate with design, formulation, and marketing teams to develop product concepts and specifications.
  • Maintain our future product roadmap and optimize the current portfolio according to brand development.
  • Develop products reflecting our brand philosophy and positioning.
  • Manage product creation across multiple cosmetics categories from concept to launch.
  • Create artwork briefs while overseeing the approval process.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments on product details, formulation, costs, artwork, packaging, etc.
  • Effectively organize, monitor, and control activities to achieve planned stage gates.
  • Track project costs and financials, reporting any deviations.
  • Coordinate smooth launches as per timeline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in New Product Development within the personal care industry.
  • A proven track record of launching successful personal care products.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with tech transfer from lab to commercial scale.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum
