Job Title: Corporate Engagement Specialist

 

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify target audiences and develop comprehensive outreach strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
  • Research and identify new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and promotional activities.
  • Plan and implement outreach campaigns using various channels, including social media, email marketing, events, and community initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners to develop joint initiatives, sponsorships, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Seek opportunities for cross-promotion and mutually beneficial collaborations with other organizations.
  • Create engaging content for promotional materials, such as brochures, websites, social media posts, and press releases.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Organize events to connect with potential audience members.
  • Represent the organization at events, conferences, and community gatherings to promote our mission and initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with industry leaders through networking events and meetings.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and workshops to educate and engage target audiences.
  • Generate leads and inquiries through outreach efforts.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with companies to expand placement opportunities.
  • Strengthen existing corporate relationships through regular engagement activities.
  • Promote the organization's presence at key industry forums like CII, TiE, and Tech Summits.
  • Coordinate an annual 'Corporate Placement Week' featuring job fairs and recruiter interactions.
  • Expand global placement opportunities through partnerships with multinational corporations.
  • Lead consulting projects focusing on business development and growth strategies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience in corporate relations, community engagement, or related fields, preferably in an educational institution or a similar environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and database management.
  • Creative thinking, innovation, and a proactive approach to engaging industries.

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility in working hours, as the role may involve occasional evening or weekend events.
  • Occasional travel required for alumni engagement purposes.
