Project Lead

A successful Project Lead will lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from initial planning to deployment and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage demand management and onboarding process for initiatives/projects that require Digital Backbone integration.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, effectively managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving issues.
  • Implement and refine agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management role, specifically within Integration domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
