Project Manager Job Overview

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our integration efforts. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive integration project plans and timelines.
  • The successful candidate will drive cross-functional coordination across departments such as finance, human resources, information technology, legal, operations, and sales.
  • This individual will identify integration risks, issues, and dependencies; establish mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
  • They will lead regular integration status meetings, communicate updates to executive leadership, and ensure transparency in progress tracking.
  • Candidates with experience in managing global integrations or working with international teams will be given preference.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of project management experience with 3–5 years specifically in M&A or post-merger integration.
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Exposure to change management frameworks is an added advantage.
