Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional rural banks to drive business growth and support.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute contest strategies that enhance partner support and drive business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain rapport with bank management to ensure maximum support for company business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to analyze support gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Oversee the integration of partner systems with company systems to ensure seamless data exchange and business operations.
  • Manage manpower resources to achieve business goals, track goal sheets, and activate FLS and IO.
  • Ensure business quality management by enhancing persistency and improving quality.
  • Provide daily business management support as a single point of contact (SPOC).
  • Build strong relationships with RRB sales teams to drive business growth.
  • Provide MIS support to internal teams and bank partners.
  • Manage productivity levels of FLS and supervisors.
  • Drive profitable product mix and higher branch activation and productivity with sales teams.
  • Manage overall cost efficiency for the channel.
  • Represent the company in bank meetings and presentations.
  • Drive company-wide initiatives in banks and internal teams.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Preferred experience: 8-10 years in the life insurance industry with 5 years in bancassurance experience.
Knowledge and skills desired:
  • Prior HO experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong relationship management and individual performer skills.
  • Able to handle open architecture dynamic environments.
  • Self-driven and dynamic personality.
  • Strong result orientation, good interpersonal skills, and high-level team building capabilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Indian financial services market, insurance sector, and regulatory environment.
  • High energy levels and decision-making capabilities to support robust execution of plans.
