Senior Data Management SpecialistAbout the Role:
This senior-level position combines technical data expertise with project management and client-facing responsibilities in the pharmaceutical data space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data aggregation projects from conception to delivery
- Develop data management and reporting systems
- Work with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data
- Client relationship management and communication
- Team leadership and mentoring
- Coordinate with US-based teams and clients
- Manage project finances and deliverables
Requirements:
Proven experience with patient and/or payer data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market. Strong Python coding skills, advanced Excel proficiency, Microsoft Office suite, HIPAA-compliant data management experience, and knowledge of commercial life sciences datasets preferred.
Ideal Candidate:
A strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities, people management and mentoring skills, advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication (verbal and written) and ability to work in an international matrix environment.
