Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of warehouse activities, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining high levels of stock accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure completion of warehouse tasks within established timelines and meet defined KPI's
  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Conduct regular audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high levels of stock accuracy
  • Generate monthly, weekly, and daily MIS reports
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for dispatches and returns
  • Verify E-way bills, Good Receipts, and vendor invoices as per agreement
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role with an e-commerce/fulfillment center
  • Knowledge of WMS/SAP or similar ERP packages is an added advantage
  • Graduate degree, proficient in MS Office and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform tasks efficiently
