Operations Management Position

The primary focus of this role is to oversee the operational activities across cities, ensuring seamless supply chain management and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to improve our presence in target cities.
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Conduct surveys and research to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams - GTM, marketing, legal, and GR teams - to achieve common goals.
  4. Fleet Management: Manage large fleets for acquisitions and retention, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  6. Recruitment: Search, hire, and retain offline and online recruiters to support business growth.
  7. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities to ensure effective supply management.
  8. Onboarding Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to onboard new and active drivers.
  9. Project Ownership: Take ownership of different projects and initiatives to promote our brand name.

This role requires extensive travel to different cities within the country to manage on-ground operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing large operational teams across cities/regions.
  3. Gritty determination to tackle challenges head-on.
  4. The ability to solve multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong analytical and qualitative skills to use data for solving operational challenges.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. A deep understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment.
  8. Startup experience is highly valued.
