Sales Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to provide critical support to our sales team at Headsup Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales team activities by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Process all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Monitor team progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in order punching and invoice punching.
  • Proven experience in maintaining MIS reports, sales reports, revenue, and profits reports.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in sales, preferably as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions.
