About the Role

This position is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate records and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect timesheet data, payroll information, and prepare financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.
  • Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, and termination payments, including Annual Leave, Long Service Leave, and Redundancy payment.
  • e-TDS filing and form no.16 preparation.
  • Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by Team leader.
Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years experience in payroll management with a bachelor or master's degree in business or related field.
  • Good communication skills (oral & written) and proficiency with payroll software.
  • Documentation, excel, and problem solving skills with reliability, honesty, and ability to work based on shift timings.
Additional Requirements
  • Multi-country payroll and taxation knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
