Job Title: Motor Insurance Expert

Experience: 15+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Motor Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have recent hands-on experience in motor insurance processes, products, and systems, along with the ability to bridge business needs and technology solutions.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of total experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Recent and relevant experience in Motor Insurance domain is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of insurance lifecycle processes (policy issuance, claims, renewals, endorsements).
  • Experience in gathering business requirements, preparing BRD/FRD, and working with technical teams.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, underwriters, operations, and IT teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technology teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements specific to Motor Insurance processes.
  • Support the design and enhancement of insurance applications and workflows.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Assist in UAT planning, test case validation, and production rollout.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Motor Insurance domain expertise (recent and hands-on).
  • Business requirement gathering & documentation (BRD, FRD).
  • Strong knowledge of insurance operations (underwriting, claims, policy administration).
  • Stakeholder management & communication.
