Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Merchandiser to join our team in a dynamic and growing company.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building our supply chain from the ground up, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries of kids' wear production.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Supply Chain Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable fabric suppliers, job workers, and accessory vendors for kids' wear production.
  • Negotiate best costings with vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in kids' wear sourcing and merchandising.
  • Proven track record of success in building and managing supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
