Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 6 years of experience in a similar role and be passionate about the skincare industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Serving as a strategic advisor to the founding team on business operations across all areas of the business.
- Driving operational efficiencies and process improvements to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Troubleshooting issues independently and aligning them with the company's strategic objectives.
- Monitoring operations and performing administrative tasks to support the planning and execution of business plans.
- Assisting with team building, hiring, and mentoring to support the growth of the wider business.

Requirements- At least 2 to 6 years of experience in a related field.
- Prior experience in B2C or consumer business would be advantageous.
- Passion for the skincare and wellness industry.
