Position: Team Lead – Remote Recruiter

Location: Work from Home in Anantapur, India

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead to lead and manage a team of recruiters working on mid to senior-level mandates across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve business objectives.
  • Mentor and train junior recruiters to improve their skills and capabilities.
  • Assign and prioritize job requisitions among team members based on their capability and bandwidth.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through timely updates, quality profiles, and strategic support.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Meet team targets on closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time (TAT).
  • Regularly review and report on team performance metrics and hiring KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a team-leading role.
  • Strong exposure to client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to work on leadership and niche roles across sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
