Job Title: Stibo STEP MDM Specialist

As a seasoned Stibo STEP MDM Specialist, you will play a vital role in building and managing systems that organize essential business data.

This demanding position requires an individual with a deep understanding of both technical setup and client relationships to deliver reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize data management solutions using the Stibo STEP platform.
  • Design and implement data models that define how information is stored and linked.
  • Develop APIs, ETL tools, or web services to connect Stibo with other systems.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify optimal technical options and guide them through development.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Support teams in setting up and configuring the Stibo STEP platform.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience working with data management solutions.
  • Proficient knowledge of Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on expertise in databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and how systems store information.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools (like an IDE).
  • Bonus: Certification or knowledge of Informatica PIM.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers OR MCA/M.Tech.
  • A passionate individual who enjoys solving data problems, guiding teams, and working directly with clients.
