We are seeking a seasoned Financial Expert to lead our finance operations in Kanpur and Noida.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maintaining robust financial controls.
In this role, you will work closely with the operations and procurement departments to optimize resource utilization and drive efficiency improvements across all areas of manufacturing operations.
You will provide strategic financial input and leadership on key decision-making issues, including evaluating potential alliances, suppliers, and mergers or acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Development & Management: Create and enforce detailed budgets that align with our financial and operational goals.
- Production Yield & Waste Monitoring: Monitor and report on production yields and waste management in Kanpur and Noida.
- Procurement Oversight: Supervise procurement processes for raw materials, stores, and fixed assets across both units.
- Financial Control & Reporting: Implement and maintain robust financial controls to manage and report on financial activities.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong analytical mind, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience in overseeing procurement and asset management within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements:- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in financial management within the manufacturing sector.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; an MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
