Job Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role will be to:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in preparing and executing transactions/deals for a Crypto ecosystem accelerator
• Contribute to producing presentation materials, transaction documents, due diligence, and conducting market research
• Evaluate business models and conduct thorough competitor analyses
• Develop financial models, investment pitches, and exit strategies
• Understand the transaction cycle and process steps
• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Conduct primary and secondary research on various industries, assessing competitive landscapes for potential opportunities
• Contribute to managing post-investment activities of the holding company

Essential Skills:

• Ability to craft compelling narratives and convert them into engaging PowerPoint presentations
• Due diligence experience and/or interest in Blockchain technology/Crypto Currency businesses
• Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with high-level professionals, clients, and key stakeholders
• Motivated individual capable of working independently

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this is a general estimate based on industry standards and may vary.
