Expert Operations Manager Needed

We are seeking an expert operations manager to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing operations with hands-on exposure to production planning and shop floor processes. Prior consulting experience is beneficial.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement process optimization projects
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational alignment
  • Apply industry best practices in operations management
  • Conduct training sessions on improved processes and tools
  • Monitor, track, and report progress to stakeholders regularly

Required Skills:

  • Experience in manufacturing operations with hands-on exposure to production planning and shop floor processes.
  • MBA from a reputable institution is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving impactful results.

Travel Requirements: Travel may be required to client sites as needed.
