Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Specialist

This position plays a crucial role in the operation of various departments.

  • Execute weekly ordering, including creation and tracking of Purchase Orders for Replenishment and Non-replenishment orders.
  • Analyze demand and forecast data to identify exceptions/outliers and provide timely notifications to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage PO revisions, track PO status, and report progress updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate surveys for Supply Chain Interruption events such as factory shutdowns, vessel shortages, and adverse weather conditions.
  • Support development and maintenance of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure regular updates.
  • Take ownership of document management and disposal.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, engaging with technology and product teams during design workshops, testing solutions, and implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field OR 2 years' experience in business management, supply chain management in Retail, CPG, or similar industry.
  • Master's degree in Business Management (preferred).
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (preferred).
