Bridging the Gap between Business and Technology

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

As a key member of our supply chain team, you will engage with clients to understand their challenges and architect robust solutions using the OMP platform. Your expertise in supply chain management, coupled with your ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, will be invaluable in driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to gather and analyze supply chain requirements
  • Design and configure OMP modules (e.g., demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, production scheduling)
  • Validate and test functional components to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Lead solution workshops, user training, and change management
  • Partner with technical teams to deliver seamless operational solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong understanding of S&OP, demand forecasting, production scheduling, or similar processes
  • Experience with OMP or comparable planning tools is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Client-focused mindset with ability to solve real-world business problems
