Job Title: F&A Solutions Architect/Solutioning

Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced F&A Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge financial and accounting solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core F&A solutioning, with experience in all three towers (R2R/O2C/P2P). They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will have a consulting mindset, with a focus on out-of-the-box thinking and zero-based solutioning. They will be able to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, with a keen sense of storytelling and visual presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience in core F&A solutioning (all 3 towers)
  • Proficient in handling presales activities, including RFPs and RFIs, solution designing etc.

    Soft Skills:

  • Consulting mindset: Out of the box thinking, Zero Based Solutioning approach
  • Ability to Tell a coherent story to the client on solution and value differentiation
  • Target Op Model and business case / Return on Investment sense are default.

    Industry Knowledge:

  • Experience in working with global teams and clients
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI and Agentic Architecture
