Senior Cloud Support Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Support Lead to join our team.

As a Senior Cloud Support Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and ensuring efficient handling of support activities. You will provide technical guidance to resolve complex issues and optimize workflows.

This role requires strong knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management frameworks. You will also oversee the monitoring and maintenance of Azure SQL databases and AKS deployments.

In this position, you will serve as the escalation point for critical incidents and production issues. You will conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and operations, to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.

  • Cloud Computing: Experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Function Apps.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to lead a team of engineers.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management frameworks.
