Spanish Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our organization as a Spanish Quality Assurance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily team huddles and communicate operational updates to the team.
  • Monitor customer issue trends, volume spikes, and case inventory to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely completion of compliance training and phishing exercises for self and team.
  • Review and analyze reports from B2B Service Cloud and DOMO to share performance metrics with stakeholders.
  • Manage cases escalated by customers and ensure timely resolution and documentation.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and maintain low attrition rates.
  • Validate access to agendas and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Display professionalism and respond promptly to production issues and operational challenges.
  • Promote positive behaviors and recognize team achievements.
  • Provide reporting and analysis results to stakeholders for quality evaluations completed including trend results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Spanish QA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor and respect for colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Capable of multitasking and leading in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrates success in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for process improvements.
  • Effective communication and feedback delivery.
