**Head of Intellectual Property Risk Management**

Job Description:

This role is centered around ensuring the intellectual property (IP) risk management across various business domains. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and mitigating potential IP risks associated with new product designs, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and standardize processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Required skills include advanced patent and competitor portfolio analysis, proficiency in using tools like IT and data analytics for effective search and analysis of IP, and experience in performing state-of-art analyses. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-versed in industry best practices, and possess a deep understanding of intellectual property law.

  • Review and recommend FTO decisions for IP tests, perform searches across multiple jurisdictions, and maintain confidentiality of IP matters.

A qualification in IP Law; WON certificate will be an advantage.
