About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Development Team Lead to drive the success of our blockchain projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Solana blockchain development, with a strong focus on designing, building, and optimizing high-performance dApps, smart contracts, and on-chain programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical decision-making and guide junior engineers in writing performant and optimized code in Rust.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to deliver scalable blockchain solutions and mentor team members in best practices.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality on-chain and off-chain software systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across on-chain and off-chain components, leveraging expertise in Token Standards and DeFi protocols.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Rust language, with at least 3+ years of experience in Solana blockchain development.
  • Strong understanding of various Token Standards (fungible, non-fungible, etc.) and hands-on experience building full-stack Solana Web3 applications.
  • Ability to communicate complex blockchain concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
