We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Expert to join our team. As a core member, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and implementing blockchain solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop: Blockchain solutions including smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), tokenization systems and protocol upgrades.
  • Smart Contract Development: Write and audit secure smart contracts for tokens (ERC-20, ERC-721, SPL), DeFi protocols and governance systems using Solidity/Rust programming languages.
  • Tokenomics Research: Implement tokenomics models, including supply mechanics, vesting and utility design.
  • Cross-Chain Optimization: Build and optimize multi-chain contracts with cross-chain interoperability on Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche and Hyperliquid platforms.
  • Security and Efficiency: Ensure contract security and gas efficiency adhering to industry standards (EIPs, BPF) and mitigating vulnerabilities.
  • API Development: Develop supporting APIs and microservices for blockchain interaction.
  • Data Processing: Implement event-driven architectures for real-time on-chain data processing and optimize database schemas for blockchain data indexing.
  • Innovation: Collaborate with business and software developers in designing and creating innovative solutions.
  • Research and Analysis: Research, create and document existing and new blockchain structures and proposed solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent educational qualification.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development and blockchain solutions.
  • Experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools such as Truffle, Remix and Web3.js.
  • Strong programming skills with proficiency in algorithms and data structures.
  • Familiarity with Java, C++ and other programming languages.
  • Basic knowledge of cryptography and understanding of current technology tools like microservice architectures and Docker containers.
