Expansion Specialist

At Expertia AI, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Expansion Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the sales cycle, from generating new leads to maintaining existing client relationships.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (depending on location)
Job Description:
- Growth through Lead Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Clients Relations: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving
- Pipeline Management: Analyze market trends, establish competitive advantages, and optimize sales strategies to meet targets
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- International Client Engagement: Promote our services to international clients and address their queries
- B2B Sales: Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to expand our customer base
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: HS/Graduate/Post Graduate can apply
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required
- Flexibility: Ability to work night shifts and flexible working hours is essential
