We're seeking an experienced and skilled Point of Sale (POS) specialist to join our dynamic team. As a POS specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through the effective implementation and management of POS systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in configuring and troubleshooting POS software, hardware, and peripherals. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and troubleshoot POS systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve POS-related issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop strategic solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a POS or retail environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of POS software and hardware
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CEGID POS system
  • Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages
  • Good understanding of data analysis and reporting
