Job Description:

As a key member of our global customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to international clients via phone, email, or chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and professionalism in all interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats from international customers.
  • Addressing customer queries, complaints, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and FCR.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to higher authorities when necessary.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively. You will also be required to stay updated with product knowledge, system updates, and standard procedures.
