About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and communicative individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our marketing efforts and client sales success by qualifying warm leads and ensuring a smooth transition to their sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with warm leads generated by our digital marketing team through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Conduct detailed conversations to assess potential customers' needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
  • Tailor scripted pitches to align with individual customer preferences and objections.
  • Collaborate closely with clients' sales teams to provide well-qualified leads and actionable insights.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently to balance quality conversations with daily workflow requirements.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to handle 100–120 calls/day in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work a 6-day schedule, including weekends, with one rotational weekday off.
  • Prior experience (Minimum 6 months) in telesales, telecalling, customer support, inside sales, BPO, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a strong plus.
