AI System Developer

We are seeking an AI system developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and building end-to-end pipelines, architecting scalable infrastructure, and deploying real systems at scale.

This role involves developing a deep understanding of applied AI, data engineering, and software engineering best practices. The successful candidate will be able to prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with ML/AI frameworks, knowledge of data engineering & databases, and familiarity with MLOps and deployment. A builder's mindset is essential, as well as hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.

The successful candidate will work alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of applied AI in India and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Build AI Systems: Develop end-to-end pipelines (data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment).
  • Engineer Scalable Infrastructure: Architect APIs, microservices, and data systems (structured + unstructured) that integrate into live products.
  • Experiment & Ship: Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Full-Stack Thinking: Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.
  • Collaborate Across Ventures: Work alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming background (Python, Node.js, or similar) and deep comfort with software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data engineering & databases (SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage).
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Familiarity with multi-modal systems (text, voice, vision).
