Requirements include a strong portfolio or experience in creative/design/marketing/content roles, proficiency in using AI-first tools, and a proven ability to write engaging hooks, ad copy, and subject lines.

Key responsibilities include checking performance metrics, generating new ad variations, deploying creatives, reviewing early signals, and prepping for tomorrow's iterations.

Weekly tasks involve shipping fresh PDP visuals, social content experiments, and retention assets.
