AI Automation Specialist

We're looking for a hands-on professional to help drive operational efficiency and innovation across departments through the integration of AI.

This role will be instrumental in building and scaling enterprise AI capabilities, starting with Microsoft Co-Pilot and expanding into broader AI-driven solutions.

  • Design and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Co-Pilot tailored to departmental needs.
  • Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
  • Develop role-play simulations and interactive tools to enhance job-specific performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to identify AI automation opportunities.
  • Create a scalable framework for AI adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for internal AI automation strategy and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automation Strategy: Develop and implement an AI automation strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Knowledge Management: Design and deploy AI-powered knowledge management systems.
