We are seeking a seasoned tech leader to join our mission to revolutionize AdTech with cutting-edge AI/ML-powered solutions.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive end-to-end development of production-grade AI/ML products and modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise in AI/ML pipelines and productization to build scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Design and deploy Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, and LangChain-based frameworks that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with founders and stakeholders to align technology strategy with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver MVPs with scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations.
  • Manage and mentor developers and interns to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience.
  • Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade AI/ML products.
  • Expertise in:
  • AI/ML pipelines and productization
  • Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures
  • LangChain, Vector DBs
  • GCP services (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI)
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in leading technical projects in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch.
