  • Answer helpdesk tickets and provide technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system for end-users across the company, ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, fostering growth and development.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the IT support team, promoting continuous improvement.

    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced global environment, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and IT support ticketing systems, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.

      Salary Range

      The estimated salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
