Sales Lead Role at ALP Consulting

We are seeking a highly skilled sales lead to join our team at ALP Consulting. The sales lead will be responsible for coordinating the sales department, supporting management, and ensuring sales quotas are reached.

Sales Lead Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and train new sales staff, assign specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitor the team's sales performance.
  • Solve customer complaints and answer customers' questions in a professional manner.
  • Prepare reports for senior management to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Assist in the selling of our store's products and services and maximize sales.
  • Perform tasks such as stocking shelves, setting up displays, ringing up merchandise and sales, and maintaining a clean store environment.
  • Provide sales staff with constructive feedback and assist in resolving customer issues.
Sales Lead Requirements:
  • Diploma in a relevant field such as mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Experience in sales is essential for this role.
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness are required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are necessary.
  • Strong leadership abilities are essential for this role.
  • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills are required.
